In unpacking the Silverstone I noted that the cables were slightly under 24" in length which worked out great for my USB ports on the motherboard. My intent was to install the Silverstone SST-FP32B-E in the top 3.5" bay which also has the panel for my power and reset buttons. Since the USB ports on the tower were only USB 2, additional USB 3 ports were needed as well. The older tower's header panel didn't fully support the HD audio of the new motherboard so my headphones were no longer working. Overall Review: I had upgraded my Thermaltake Armor full tower case with a new motherboard. * Color blends right in with my existing tower color.Ĭons: * Audio cable too short, should be 6 to 8 inches longer. * Easy front access to USB 3 and audio ports. ![]() ![]() ![]() Pros: * Quick and fast upgrade for an older case.
